The UP Vanguard Inc. brings you the second installment of Padyak Padayon, a virtual ride event open to everyone. To join, all you need is a bike and your smartphone with internet access!
Due to the limited, if not difficult, means of transportation brought about by the pandemic a new-found interest in biking emerged. Now that biking has become a viable mobility option, it is imperative that we help spread awareness about road safety for bikers, motorists, and pedestrians alike.
